Return & Refund Policy
Return Period:
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the delivery date. After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide both a clear photo and a video of the product. Without a photo and video, no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Products:
Due to hygiene and contamination reasons, our haircare products cannot be returned. The only items eligible for return are scrunchies and hair caps.
Eligible return items must:
Be unused, have no stains or damage and be in their original, clean packaging
Refund Method:
Approved returns will be refunded via: Store credit (e-gift card), or original payment method
Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after approval
Return Shipping:
We do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Send us proof of the shipping cost, and this amount will be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable:
If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be deducted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. All products are freshly made upon request to reduce contamination.

You are responsible for return shipping. For items over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance. NG BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Always keep your proof of postage and tracking number.

Invoice or proof of purchase, Photo and video of the product, Order number, Product name, Clear explanation of the issue.
Order Accuracy:
Orders cannot be changed once placed. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. NG BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect address details.
Reserved Rights:
NG BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse or limit returns due to:
Excessive or irregular return history, Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
Final Sale:
All Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
